ClearedPlus surfaces published companies and awards from the merged production database (company_cards / contract_cards on company_awards).
- Companies — browse curated employers from the dashboard
- Company detail — awards, offices, signals, and (when a CAGE is on file) defense supply footprint from DIBBS/PUBLOG
- Manufacturers & Distributors — CAGEs actively winning DLA hardware work. Profiles consolidate NSNs, parts, item classes, open buys, and buying offices (the former standalone DLA tools).
- Watchlist — companies and manufacturers you follow, plus saved awards
- Preferences / Profile — account settings (Clerk when signed in)

Signal glossary (job-seeker labels)
Hover a badge ⓘ in the app for the same tip. Underlying signal keys are unchanged. Retired signals are omitted.

| long_runway | Work expected 12+ months | The period of performance still has a year or more left — usually a steadier hiring window. |
| stable_prime | Busy prime contractor | This company holds several active primes (default ≥5) with utilization at or below the configured max (default 80%) — often a sign of ongoing staffing needs. |
| option_exercised | Contract extended | An option year was recently exercised — work is continuing rather than winding down. |
| recent_award | Recently won work | A new award posted in the last six months — teams often ramp hiring after a win. |
| funding_increase | More funding landed | Obligated dollars jumped recently — more money is flowing onto the award. |
| ceiling_headroom | Room for more work | Less than half of the award ceiling is spent — capacity remains for additional tasking. |
| diversified_agency_base | Work spread across agencies | Active obligated dollars span several toptier agencies (default ≥3), with no single agency over the configured share (default 70%). |
| multiple_contract_vehicles | Active on multiple contract vehicles | Active awards sit under several distinct parent IDVs (default ≥5), excluding placeholder “-NONE-” parents. |
| task_orders_moving | Task orders arriving | A delivery/task order was awarded or moved in the recent lookback window (default 90 days). |
| ending_soon | Work ends within 90 days | Period of performance ends within ~90 days — roles on this award may be at risk or rolling. |
| ending_very_soon | Work ends within 30 days | Period of performance ends within ~30 days — near-term transition or layoff risk on this award. |
| high_obligation_ratio | Most of the budget already used | Over ~90% of the award value is already obligated — less room for new scope or surge hiring. |
| recent_mod | Contract file just updated | A modification hit the file in the recent lookback window (admin-configurable; default 14 days) — details may still be settling. |
