Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet is the principal advisor to the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet for submarine matters. The Pacific Submarine Force (SUBPAC) includes attack, ballistic missile and auxiliary submarines, submarine tenders, floating submarine docks, deep submergence vehicles and submarine rescue vehicles throughout the Pacific. COMSUBPAC mans, trains, equips, and certifies undersea forces to deploy and provide agile, responsive, and lethal force options across the spectrum of conflict. As the Theater Undersea Warfare Commander for Third Fleet, COMSUBPAC/CTF34 plans and directs the employment of these and other forces to deliver effects within and from the undersea domain. Additionally, COMSUBPAC integrates within the Joint Force, allies, and partners to dominate the undersea domain as the apex predators of the sea. We will remain the most lethal, far-reaching, and capable undersea force the world has ever seen.
